What is Formal Rules? -
Formal organization is a fixed set of rules of intra-organization procedures and structures.

What is Informal Rules? -

Informal rules are part of every organization's informal culture, or the ways people behave outside of and beyond the company's formal structure or organization such as its org chart, handbook, policies and procedures.
School rules:

Formal Rules:
Correct Uniform
Coming to school
No Physical abuse

Informal Rules:
Listening to the teachers
DO the work

Society Rules:

Formal rules:
Stop at red light
Yield at Pedestrians

Informal rules

Respect Authority
No littering
No smoking near a gas station or kids

Respect each other

Meet at the right time

Have dinner at the table
Do the house chores
