ESOL Goals

My goals in ESOL this year is to expand my thinking skills so I can write more and better.
I also want to get as much credit as possible in ESOL so I don't have to be hard in my other subject.

" I live in New York, and I was thinking about the lagoon in the Central Park, down near Central Park South. I was wondering if it would be frozen over when I got home, and if it was, where did the ducks go? I was wondering where the ducks went when the lagoon got all icy and frozen over. I wonder if some guy came in a truck and took them away to a zoo or something. or if they just flew away"

After a few days, the lagoon is still frozen, I was walking past the lagoon and then I got shook when I saw a group of ducks walking on the snow. So I stopped for a moment and think "If the ducks were taken by someone, then why are there some left?"  So maybe the ducks just hid somewhere warm
